Supporting Local Small Businesses, Artists and Makers
Between offering reasonably priced office and workspaces and well-curated yet affordable selling opportunities through pop-up markets and more, we are able to support our local small business community.
By creating a space with smaller workspaces and shared community areas, we were able to develop a model that is a win-win for all around. Helping people move their businesses out of the living room and into an actual workspace has been so incredible, and we have watched many businesses start in our space and then outgrow it- which we love to see!!
Our space is the perfect place for growing small businesses to get a boost.
Family owned and operated since 2019
Co-founded by mother-daughter duo Jill and Turner Black, the 71607 Collective was born of a need for more accessible and affordable spaces for artists in our community.
The 107 is still managed on the ground by Jill and Turner still assists with marketing and event planning as needed from afar. Our offices are typically all full- with a waitlist- and we are so grateful that this incredible space was able to make it to our five year anniversary! We can’t wait to see where the next five years takes us.
POP UP MARKETS
POP UP MARKETS
The 107 frequently hosts pop-up markets and events for local vendors and makers to sell their works and wares to the local community.
Located centrally in Fort Worth and positioned perfectly next to a bakery and in the heart of a thriving design district, these markets provide opportunities for connection between our local makers and our community at large.
Our curated markets are tailored to our local design community and provide a chance for local artists and makers to share their work with the world and develop a thriving business and customer base.
